1. Terms and Conditions

  • By placing an order at www.mzitechsolution.com you (Customer) understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below.
  • We reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

2. Payments

  • We accepts Online Banking (etc : Maybank2u, Cimb Click, Public Bank, & etc) and Paypal, via Visa and Master Card, credit cards via Paypal in our website.

3. Prices & Availability

  • All prices on our website are quoted in RM Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and US dollars (USD) except mentioned.

4. Delivery

  • Once we received your order, normally within few hours or less you will get an email that contains product key & installer download link. For weekend orders, the standard email delivery time frame is within 24 hours.

5. Software

  • This is a downloadable version & no physical boxed will be shipped
  • Before activate, make sure your current computer time is correct.
  • Internet connection is required to activate the products. No offline activation, you cannot activate it without internet connection.
  • Each product key only for 1 / 2 / 3 / 5 computers. No warranty will be made if the product key you have received has been misuse for more than 1 / 2 / 3 / 5 computers.
  • All computers must be activated within the specified periods after received. It is highly recommended that all buyer activate it ASAP, because we have no idea about our email security and possible data leakage.
  • All product keys can be reused after reformat computer. Try deactivate 1st before reformat your computer, and then activate it again on the same computer & computer name.
  • Subscription can be activated from all countries or regions except mentioned.
  • Each product comes with 1 year limited warranty. The warranty period starts on the original date that you purchased the product. Once the license is received via email, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your received version of our product.

6. Technical Support

  • We offer technical support to the customers with the following processes: downloading, installation, activation.
  • If the product key doesn’t work or invalidated, you can send me us an email with the error messages screen shot. We will send you the replacement product key as soon as possible.

7. System Requirements

  • Minimum system requirements are provided for all software.
  • By placing an order for software, you agree that the computer system on which you intend to install the software meets or exceeds all minimum system requirements.
